Geology

The Property is underlain predominantly by the Dome Stock, with northern and eastern areas characterized by sequences of intermediate to mafic volcanic rocks and minor sedimentary units.

In the eastern centre of the property trends the Howey Bay Deformation Zone, a north to north-easterly zone of high strain, partly co-incident with the contact margin of the Dome Stock and considered by past workers to be a significant controlling factor in the Bonanza mineralization and arguably, than at Howey Bay and Wasaga.
